Chalfont is located off of Osborne Rd. in the heart of Brookhaven, Georgia just minutes from Atlanta with great shopping and restaurants. We are a family friendly neighborhood that works together to maintain our beautiful community. We have an active homeowners association that hosts an annual HOA meeting as well as two neighborhood parties during the year.

About Us
Chalfont HOA dues are $891.00 a year. The dues are paid semiannually $445.50 January 1st and $445.50 July 1st. There is a one-time initiation fee of $900.00 for new homeowners. The HOA dues include the weekly lawn maintenance of the front and side yard of every home. The HOA is managed by a board of three homeowners and a professional management company.

Household Garbage, Yard Debris and Recycling
Dekalb County picks up garbage, yard debris and recycling materials for Chalfont on Thursdays. Complimentary 65 gallon garbage containers and complimentary 35 gallon recycling containers are given to every household. Home and Lot Maintenance
Included below are the Chalfont HOA Regulations, Request for Property Modification Form (RPM) and Approved Paint Colors for new and preexisting homeowners. Before beginning any modifications to the exterior of homes or lots you must submit an RPM Form to Team Management and the Board for approval. Please reference the Covenants, Bylaws and Community Wide Standards for any questions regarding neighborhood living and homeowner maintenance.
